All information must be completed in order for Air Purchases of New Hampshire, Inc. (d/b/a API of NH, and d/b/a Delta T Distributors) to process your application.

Signatures of Principal(s) are Mandatory. Our terms and conditions must be signed before your account can be opened.

The Personal Guarantee is required unless your company has been in operation for a minimum of 5 years.

If you are tax exempt, we will need a copy of your exemption certificate.

To comply with the Clean Air Act of 1990, if you are purchasing restricted equipment you must provide us with copies of your EPA certificates (see attached form)

If you fax your application, please mail the signed Original application, and keep a copy for your own records.

Your application will be processes within 5 business days from the time it is received by our office. If there is an order pending, please notify us so that we may expedite processing. Once the application has been approved, API of NH will notify you by mail of our terms, return policies, and your credit limit.
